OQA's 8th Annual Conference for Health Care Providers
The theme of the conference is, "Navigating the Waters of Emerging Issues". This conference is for health care providers and DQA surveyors and is targeted to Assisted Living Facilities, Facilities Serving People with Developmental Disabilities, and Nursing Homes.
This year’s conference, developed in collaboration with health care providers, is designed to bring together a variety of experts to share strategies on emerging issues in health care and provide learning opportunities for all participants. The Department of Health and Family Services Secretary, Kevin Hayden, will kick off the conference with opening remarks.
The conference will be held at the Stevens Point Holiday Inn Hotel & Convention Center - 1001 Amber Avenue, Stevens Point, Wisconsin - (715) 344-0200 - www.holidayinn.com. Registration and networking will be from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m.
With your help, FOCUS 2008, "Navigating the Waters of Emerging Issues", will be very successful and provide valuable information to the providers and DQA staff who attend.
