Distance
rule lawsuit
4
providers working with Rock to Challenge
Milwaukee
Group Home distance rules.
- Many
BOSA hearings were held January 22. Aldermen and community
members showed up to object.
- Transition
from under 60 to age 60 often results in financial roll-back
= 30% cut. This is a legal issue. Discriminates against people
with severe disabilities. Rock is representing two consumers
who live in HIL homes.
Sandra
Butts - Sandra shared non-profit newsletter. She promoted their
training sessions. 90% of our revenue is Federal; we must observe
these regulations. Milwaukee Co. is not able to provide as much
technical assistance as in the past.
No
